So far I have used this EVSE once for about 20 minutes after getting it installed. The installers had issues with hanging it on the mounting bracket suggesting it wasn't very stable...I might need to try to correct this myself but don't think it's the charger that's at fault.
Critically, I haven't bothered to connect the charger to my WiFi after seeing hundreds of complaints that the new owner of the Juicebox brand (Enel X) decimated the functionality and that failed calls to their server result in severely limited charge speeds.
As for a positive, the price was right even for a "dumb" charger, and the cable length is a huge selling feature for me. My layout requires connecting diagonally (EVSE at front right and charging port at rear left) unless I drive in and then reverse onto the street.

Bought a new Ioniq5 on Aug 11. Within a week my electrician had it hooked up. It synced well with the software and charging system in the Ioniq. Have have it set up to charge as soon as I plug it in.
Because of how the electric vehicles describe fuel (kWatts.h) I get a 10% of full charge per hour. So if the battery is only at 30% charged it will charge to recommended full (90%) in 6 hours at an electricity cost of about $6. Can’t beat that.
Quite happy with our purchase as 95% of our driving is within 150 kilometers of home.

Nice charger with some “but”!
Works nicely as expected though the app is not the most convenient to use. However workable for us.
What is disappointing is that I ordered the 48 A version and hooked it up at a 60 A breaker to code (as stated in the installation manual) and it allows only to get set up to 40 A. Contacted service and not much of a reply till now… disappointing!

This charger is great for two reasons. I can charge my new EV overnight and not have to hang around charging stations. And because it is a smart charger, I get a 2nd rebate from BC Hydro. The cable is supple, although heavy and easy to put back on the cradle.

I've had my Juicebox 48 for two months now, and I'm delighted with it. It's installed in my garage (hard-wired by a professional electrician), and delivers quick level-2 charging capacity to my EV's 60 KwH lithium-ion battery. I also love that the Juicebox 48 is a smart device with many useful features, like sending updates on actual charging progress to an app on my phone. I plan to program the app to schedule charging during off-peak hours when electricity rates are lower. Because of its electricity-saving features, the Juicebox 48 is currently eligible for a government rebate in British Columbia. Five stars!

Charger is great, but the wrong was sent. I've got in touch with Enelx and waiting for the new one as it's out of stock. The charger which came had aluminum wires on it. After speaking to Enelx staff they confirmed it should've been with copper wires. They are going to send me a new one but I have to wait until it's back in stock.
